2023 will see the longer meeting format return & the Award reception will be moved to Wednesday night!

  • Up to 30 Direct meetings scheduled over 3 days
  • Start & End Time! Meetings will start at 8:30 a.m. and finish each day at 5:25 p.m.
  • Meeting Length! 40-minute meetings with 5-minute breaks, two 15 minute breaks and a 75 minute lunch!
  • Many networking events TBA & Lots of after-hours fun!

 Registration Fees:

  • Company Cost (includes 1st attendee):  $1,000 USD each
  • Attendee Cost** (2nd, 3rd, 4th attendee registered): $500 USD each
  • Discounted Attendee Cost** (5th+ attendee registered): $350 USD each
**Active CAN membership is required for all companies participating.  Attendee costs will only include lunch on meeting days and CAN networking events. 
  • Hotel room rate: $199 (+$30 resort fee) per day (Reservations Link)

  • CAN EXPO Hall: Cost is $1,000 per booth and includes a New Product Showcase entry. Event is held only on Wednesday.

  • Manufacturers will incur an additional Direct Meeting with Reseller Fee of $50 for each meeting scheduled and issued prior to the event.

     NEW PRODUCT SHOWCASE:

    Will be on display and voted on by attendees.  More details TBA.

    Wednesday September 6th 

    • CAN Expo Hall only

    • Private Meetings from 8:30 a.m. until 5:25 p.m.

    • CAN Award Reception at 6:30 p.m. 

    Thursday, September 7th and 8th

    • Private Meetings from 8:30 a.m. until 5:25 p.m.
